I am now back in Lincoln, missing my family and pets like mad, but I'm glad to be back.
I know people usually use January 1st to make resolutions but it's the start of the academic year and that's good enough, so I decided to write some resolutions !
University Work
- Turn up to every lecture (as people who know me will know, this is going to be a tough one).
- Read up on lectures before and write notes up after.
- Start practical reports and essays at least a week before the deadline, not the night before.
- Actually revise for exams.
Money
- Do one big shop per month.
- Only take out £20 per week (excluding bills, Christmas gifts etc.)
- At the end of the week put any remaining money in a jar.
- I am allowed one £50 treat once I reach my goal weight.
Fitness & Diet
- Go to the gym at least 3 times a week.
- Make a blog for exercise, fitness, health and weight loss - easy !
- Only eat 1 take-out/meal out every 2 weeks.
- Only drink water or herbal tea (pure juices added to water are allowed).
- Reach my goal weight of 120lbs.
So there you have it, they are my resolutions ! Lets see if I can keep to them ! Now on to making my fitness, health and weight loss blog.
